The hug dark blue

I've been thinking about buying "The Hug" for a long time, and after seeing it in Copenhagen at the Architecture Museum, I finally bought it in dark blue. The delivery was quick, although it was stated that it might take longer during the summer holidays.
In the photos on the website, it looked as if the blue was slightly translucent, so that the wood structure is also visible in the coloured part. However, the colour is so dark that you can only see the wood structure from very close up. This disappointed me a little.
