From our Copenhagen-based studio and workshop, every piece is thoughtfully conceived and handcrafted, rooted in Scandinavian design traditions and a deep respect for material integrity.

Craftsmanship & Materials

Our work is driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, where attention to detail and carefully selected materials shape every creation. Using sustainably sourced materials such as certified wood and natural finishes, we create design objects and artworks intended to last – both in quality and in emotional value. Each object is more than a product, it is a story designed to be kept, appreciated, and passed on through generations.

Local Production in Copenhagen

By keeping production local in Copenhagen, we maintain full control of the entire process from the first sketch to the final finish. This approach reduces environmental impact while ensuring consistently high standards of quality and craftsmanship. It also allows us to work closely and intentionally with every stage of creation.

Our collection includes limited-edition art and design pieces available through our webshop and a curated selection of design and museum stores across Denmark and Europe. In addition, we develop custom-made art, design solutions, and branded objects for companies and organizations worldwide.

KOLEKTO was founded in 2019 by graphic designer Rikke Nogel and architect Eva Wandel, and continues to be shaped by their shared vision: to create timeless, sustainable design where art meets purpose.
