Refund policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kolekto.dk and we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your item has been personalized with a personal engravement, it can not be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. 

Shipping is not refundable.
