We are happy to be customers of a bank that takes real responsibility for contributing to a sustainable society. That is why we were very proud when we were asked to create a collection of artworks. We drew illustrations for the 3 core areas that Merkur Andelskasse invests in.

A sustainable world
From Merkur's perspective, a sustainable world is about protecting life on earth. A good and dignified life for people is about meeting basic physical needs, being treated with respect and having a chance to live a meaningful life and being inspired through culture and education.
However, this requires a balanced consumption of resources, while at the same time taking care of our planet and respecting the entire ecosystem. Therefore, Merkur's ambition is to contribute to: A world with dignity, respect and care for every individual. A world where education and a diverse cultural life free from vested interests drive education, creativity and innovation and enable personal development and living meaningful lives. A world with a diverse and robust natural environment, where the climate is in balance.
